Delete Your Account & Data
Applies to NeedForEase on Android.
Delete your account in the app (recommended)
- Open NeedForEase and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete Account, enter your current password to confirm, and tap Delete Account again.
Your account and data are deleted immediately — no waiting, no email required.
Can't sign in? Request deletion by email
If you've lost access to your account, here's how to request deletion instead:
- Email support@avicadotech.com from the email address associated with your NeedForEase account, with the subject line "Delete my account."
- We'll reply to confirm we received your request and may ask a quick question to verify it's really you.
- We'll delete your account and data within [30] days and send you a confirmation once it's done.
What gets deleted
| Data | What happens |

| Your account | Your login and profile are permanently removed from Firebase Authentication. |
| Vehicles | Every vehicle you've added, including make/model/year, VIN, mileage, and wear history. |
| Service records | All logged service history, notes, and receipt photos. |
| 3D scans | Any 3D vehicle models generated for you. |
| Notification history | The record of maintenance reminders we've sent you. |
What we may retain
- Purchase and billing records we're legally required to keep for tax or accounting purposes.
- Information already anonymized or aggregated in a way that no longer identifies you.
- Backups, which are purged on a rolling schedule and may briefly retain deleted data for up to [30] additional days.

Deleting just one vehicle or record
You don't have to delete your whole account to remove a single vehicle or service record — those can be deleted directly in the app from the vehicle's Garage screen or a service record's detail view.
